The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) is a treaty entered into force in 1993. It is aimed at protecting the Earth and all biological species living in it. The main aim of multinational corporations is to privatise natural resources, thus making life itself a mere source of profit. But there are people all over the world who resist and fight against the transformation of everybody’s property into something one must pay for. Young students and teachers endorse this cause and they wish to show how much they care through their paintings.
