What’s needed to register
1) On-line registration. Alternatively download, fill the registration form in and return it per post to “Maratona di Roma – Viale B. Bardanzellu 65 – 00155 – Rome – Italy”, or fax it to +39.06.40.65.064.
2) Payment: carry it out online, or wire the money.
3) ATHLETES RESIDENT IN ITALY:
a. Fidal or EPS membership.

4) ATHLETES RESIDENT OUTSIDE ITALY:
a. Foreign athletics federation’s membership;
b. Health form.

Registration fees
• € 35,00 – up to November, 23rd 2009
• € 42,00 – up to December, 21st 2009
• € 55,00 – up to January, 28th 2010
• € 65,00 – up to March, 8th 2010 (end of registration)

Free entry for disabled athletes (categories: Paraplegic, Tetraplegic, Blind, Amputee, Deaf) if received before February, 28th 2010.

Maximum time
The maximum time to finish the Marathon is 7:30 hours.

After the Marathon
Athletes crossing the finish line will be awarded the official medal. Rankings and participation diplomas will be downloadable at
www.maratonadiroma.it straight after the race.
Written requests regarding amendments to the rankings will be accepted until 25/3/2010 and must be e-mailed to
info@tds-live.com. After this date, rankings will be considered final.
Personal pictures of the finish will be on sale at
www.fotostudio5.net.


Prize purse
The first three athletes ranked in each Fidal category will be awarded cups, trophies or sport gear, as well as the first three of each “open” category.

RomaFitwalking
The race is also valid as 3rd edition of RomaFitwalking.


ROMAFUN” – La Stracittadina (NON COMPETITIVE RACE)
The 4-km non competitive race will start immediately after the start of the competitive Marathon. No limitation or restriction is imposed upon participation. The cost of registration amounts to  € 7,00; athletes can register at the Marathon Village or at dedicated registration points.

 Reading the Rules and Regulation is compulsory for each runner.
